The Super-Hair Cup of the Americas began with an open nomination period, followed by a live online draw for qualifying brackets and three groups.

NATIONAL QUALIFYING WEEK - 11-18 April

Match 1: Argentina 1, Puerto Rico 11 ; Mexico 10, Peru 1; Antigua-Barbuda 2, Dominican Republic 6.

Match 2: Colombia 8, Brazil 7; Bolivia 8, Canada 9; United States 30, Cuba 9.

Match 3: Argentina 6, Colombia 10; Mexico 13, Bolivia 1; Antigua-Barbuda 3, United States 33.

Match 4: Puerto Rico 9, Brazil 4; Peru 4, Canada 9; Dominican Republic 7, Cuba 6.

Match 5: Argentina 5, Brazil 9; Mexico 10, Canada 4; Antigua-Barbuda 1, Cuba 12.

Match 6: Puerto Rico 10, Colombia 3; Peru 1, Bolivia 12; Dominican Republic 6, United States 32.

SEMI-FINALS -- 30 May - 10 Jun (three group winners + one "wild card")

United States 58, Puerto Rico 21; Mexico 23, Dominican Republic 3

FINALS - 10-21 June

CHAMPIONSHIP FINAL: United States 49, Mexico 29

CONSOLATION FINAL: Puerto Rico 17, Dominican Republic 1

x = clinched playoff berth

RULES: Group play has one-week matches over a six-week period, with one match per group per week. A win is worth two points; a tie worth one. As many as three bonus points can be gained, based on winning percentage -- 1 point for a 200% win, 2 for a 300% win, 3 for a 400% or better win.
